I have learned to be suspicious of easy answers. A new tool does not fix a weak process. A polished pitch does not create trust. And growth that cannot be explained usually cannot be sustained.
Today I work around AI. compliance. and infrastructure. I care about the parts most people skip. Who owns the decision. What happens when the system is wrong. And whether the work still makes sense six months later.
